This is a 2-day (17 hour) Aqua Yoga Teacher Training/Instructor Certification. You will receive a 103 page manual, 15 AEA CECs and 1.0 ACE CECs.
This workshop will be limited to no more than 6 people, so please register early to reserve your
If you have a Yoga mat, please bring it to the workshop. Even though this is a water-based practice, we will spend some time in the classroom breaking down poses, explaining alignment, modifications, etc.
Much of our time will be spent at the pool or on the beach, so please come prepared to spend time outside, weather permitting.
